A. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or in person.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-
shows may be subject to a fee.
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who frequently cancel or do not show up for appointments.

B. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments interfaces like the Unified Payments Interface (UPI).
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss a resolution.
Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

C. Client Conduct

We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any inappropriate behaviour
may result in refusal of service or legal action bound by state and central law.

Children must be supervised at all times while in the salon or provided with consent.
Clients with specific health concerns or allergies must inform us before receiving any treatment.

D. Liability Disclaimer

Aura By Riddz is not responsible for any allergic reactions, adverse effects, or injuries
resulting from our services if proper disclosures were not made by the client.
We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal items.

E. Service Modifications and Pricing

Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional offers and discounts may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

F. Privacy Policy

store, and use personal information.
